2. How can we “upgrade” our economy given the strength of the global economy,
especially the giant economies like the United States and Japan?



"The giant economies, the United States and Japan, are one of the many countries that every other country would like to be or are the standards in the economy. To be giant like them, our country’s economy could upgrade by doing it like them.


First, the Philippines is known as one of the top countries in agriculture as we are very rich in natural resources but the exploitation of these is not maximized so we must use our resources in full employment for it to not be wasted and get as much profit as we can with it without destroying our nature. 

Second, we could also limit the imports going inside our country for us to support our own products. 

Third, we should also catch up more with the technological advances that we could use for production or create and improve our educational system to produce more knowledge because as we produce knowledge, we could produce more possible products we could think of.

Moreover, Make better investments in education, infrastructure, research & development, and recalibrate energy and how it relates to the environment.


To attain all of these things, we must have a country that is free from corruption as the leaders are the ones responsible for everything happening in this country because all their decisions cause something that brings either positive or negative effects in our economy.
